First and second claim membership

All members of DCC are  treated ‘first claim’, meaning that you have the same rights as any other member.  We love all our members equally and are happy for people that are members or race for another club.  You will obviously need to observant of British Cycling, CTT or LVRC’s rules on racing for one club only.
